Happy end is approaching in Milpark Houses, one of the most prestigious projects in Esenyurt Area. The project divided into 3 phases that has been developed by Milpa Inc. of Dogan Group of Companies and interior and landscaping works are under construction for the first phase of the project which is comprised of 315 housing units. The project anticipates 60% water conservation with its special “grey water treatment and recycling system”.

While swimming pools, artificial waterfalls and social facilities that are located within central yard are promising a healthy environment; Natural ponds, waterfalls, sports areas, tread and race tracks are well organized within the 8 Hectares Municipal Urban Park next to the project land.

Although there are 13 different housing types in the project, 1+1’s having approx. 75 sqm. usable area are predominating. The 50-km long piled foundations make the Milpark Houses the safest project in the region, where the risk of an earthquake is daily increasing.

The design and engineering works of the project are undertaken under the leadership of Dome Architecture, by Altıneller, Tanrıöver, Ata and Referans Engineering companies.
