Milpark Houses Construction in Progress: %41 of the First Phase already

The Milpark Houses, a project developed by Milpa A.Ş. of the Doğan Group of companies, comprises an urban park that promises a healthy environment with its ponds and waterfalls in addition to the social facilities with a boutique market for daily needs. The main theme of the project is planned with large social area in the central yard and terrace houses encircling the yard according to the natural gradient of land. The 50-km long piled foundations of the construction make the Milpark Houses the safest project in İstanbul where the risk of an earthquake is daily increasing. The project anticipates an economic mode of operation with the special grey water treatment and recycling plant that are planned within the scope of the project.



The construction works of the project re-started in February 2009. The design works of the project are undertaken by Dome Architecture, Altıneller, Tanrıöver, Ata and Referans Engineering companies.
