PY Consulting International, has shared its 20 years of knowledge and methodology for developing and managing real estate projects with the leading investors, financiers and public authorities of Azerbaijani market, in a seminar at Baku Park-Inn Residor Hotel on November 17th 2009.



The opening speech was given by Mr. Gazi Bilgin, the Head of Commercial Consulting Team of Turkish Embassy in Baku and the speakers were Haluk Dogancay, Muge S. Unsal and Demet Demirer, partners of PY Consulting International.



Following the seminar, approx. 50 invitees were invited to attend the coctail party to discuss the benefits of Strategic Planning Approach and Dynamic Project Management Techniques proven to avoid the affects of the global financial crisis, severely influencing the Baku real estate market, in the last couple of months.
